Founder & Principal
I’m Lisa McLean, founder of Fox & Ledger Advisory. I help small businesses and healthcare provider offices build clear, profitable, and compliant financial operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in business strategy, accounting and revenue cycle management, I bring a rare combination of financial precision and operational insight. My career spans corporate healthcare leadership and hands-on consulting, giving me deep expertise in bookkeeping, cash-flow forecasting, tax readiness (no filing yet ), HIPAA-aware RCM, and strategic planning.
I’ve led initiatives that improved provider audits, cut accounts-receivable days, increased collections, and helped organizations navigate complex regulatory changes—skills that translate directly to the challenges small businesses and medical practices face every day.
With certifications in medical coding and auditing (CPMA, CRC, CPC) and more than two decades in revenue cycle management, I specialize in helping providers reduce denials, improve coding accuracy, and strengthen cash flow.
I’ve partnered with medical groups and health plans to streamline documentation, coding, billing, and compliance processes—resulting in lower AR days, fewer rejections, and more reliable revenue.
